Well-appointed room with large bathroom and electric blankets. Excellent very very helpful staff, good location to shopping center on George street-quiet. Based close enough to a really nice cafe as well as New Zealand from Canada regularly. Very nice stay, as always: D

The motel is conveniently located near Dunedin, the peninsula, botanical gardens, central business district, university, restaurants. I appreciated the peaceful and spotless room, along with the pleasant bathroom. The comfortable beds, DVD player, couch, and settee added a nice touch to the room.

Free parking on-site provided. Exceptionally comfortable bed, renovated bathroom and a coffee table, a couch, and settee in the room. Particularly good location to a friendly historical museum.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming motel just outside the center of town. the location was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance of most of the city's attractions. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped and had separate bedrooms, which was a great bonus for my family. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

All was simply wonderful, no improvements needed.

This place was perfect for me. It's just outside the centre of town, so it was nice and quiet, but still within easy walking distance of most of the city's attractions. I loved that I could walk to the Otago museum and explore the university campus nearby. The room was exceptionally warm and clean, with a spacious lounge, bedroom, dining area, and kitchen. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and even accommodated my request for an extra night. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Convenient Location and Clean Room

We recently stayed at a motel in Dunedin and were pleased with its location, just a short walk or drive away from the main attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the high-quality fittings. the kitchenette was separate from the bedroom and the bathroom was well-designed.

Despite the convenient location and clean room, there were a few downsides during our stay. Unfortunately, the oven did not work, which meant that we were unable to cook our own food.

We loved the central location of this hotel, just a 5-minute walk to everything. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the room was well cleaned each day. We appreciated the ample parking space and the very friendly staff.

The location of this accommodation is superb, with plenty of options to explore the city. If you're looking for a pint, there's a vibrant Irish pub just down the road. For views of the pristine bay, take a breathtaking drive to the Otago peninsula. the walk to the city centre is short, and the sporting fans can easily access the stadium. the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it convenient to relax after a day's travel. the bathroom is modern and luxurious, perfect for unwinding after a long day. For breakfast lovers, the kitchen is well equipped.

The cleaning staff can be a bit rude and unhelpful at times.
